We have just finished building our outdoor room with Totally Outdoors and are thrilled with how it turned out. It was a large project and took a long time in planning and permit stage. I believe there were some staffing issues at the Company during that time, and of course COVID, however thankfully Jay and Ross worked closely with us to finalise the plans and permits. Once work commenced, there were trades on site every day for the 5 week build. The quality was excellent from all trades, but especially Will, Luke and Joe. They were happy to work with us all the way through to make sure we were happy. We would recommend Totally Outdoors to anyone wanting to build an outdoor space.

We were tossing up on getting an extension to our alfresco area through our builder but I am so happy that we decided to get our louvre roof. The team at Totally Outdoors were great and set our expectations from the beginning. It was hard to picture the roof initially, but after going through the design and drawings with the sales and design staff, we were left with a clear idea of what it was going to look like. The finish of the roof is top quality and we are extremely happy with it.
